Happy New Year!

I think I may drop the date at the top of the blog and just put a title for each post.  The date is automatically added by Blogger to the post anyway, so it doesn't really need to be duplicated.  New Year's seemed like a good time to try a new thing so there you go!

Happy New Year to all of our family and friends and any other readers of this blog!  It's going to be nice to start another year.  This one will be way better than the last.  Last year was okay, but this one is going to be awesome, you just watch!  My New Year's prediction for the year?  Change.  I think we're going to see a lot of changes this year.  I like to predict things that are inevitable so I can claim that I was right after the fact. :)

Steffan and I went to visit friends on New Year's Eve and then saw family on New Year's Day and then saw other friends the next day.  It was a whirlwind tour of Ottawa ranging from Merrickville to Vars!  Steffan is relaxing with his Xbox after a few days of fun and parties.  For me it was the perfect opportunity to update the blog.  It's been a wonderful holiday.  Now time to get back to our regularly scheduled program!
