Stone Wall

Today I put the stone wall into my painting. The icicles keep disappearing, but they'll be back closer to the end of the painting. I put them in "loosely" to begin with so I know where they go approximately. I do have to paint over most of them as I work, but that's okay because I'll add them back afterwards.

The next step will be the snow. It's already roughed in, but I'm going to pull it all together next. After that I will finally put all the icicles back in and then finish with the butterfly and the plant in front.
