If you have medical benefits with your job, find out of you have massage therapy included, and ciropractic therapy as well. Thanks to Entrust, I have $500 for each - I don't use the ciro, but try and burn up the massage therapy every year. It works out to about 10 sessions a year, do it once a month, and your back, arms, neck legs.... will thank you for it. Hey, you're already paying for it, you might as well use it!
